Event Introduction:
This workshop invites partners interested in self-body awareness and adjustment to participate. During the process, the Posture Scanner APP will be used to assist in recording body posture, learning through body observation, and experiencing the body effectiveness after the change of tension. At the same time, use the cushioning and propulsion of the arch of the foot, as provided by the expansion of the hemispherical, of high-efficiency lower limb activity. Through re-educating their own body, practice self-awareness, learn to listen to the voice of the body, based on their own body stories, to perceive the changes in their own body, and re-adjust their personal body movements.
