Yungshan Hung, Ph.D., is a Research Fellow at the National Academy for Educational Research and the principal investigator of the Asia-Pacific Office of Aesthetics Education Research. As World Councilor of InSEA (2019–2025), she actively engages in global dialogues on arts education, aesthetic practices, and policy innovation. Her work bridges aesthetics, curriculum design, and creativity, fostering deep learning and cultural competence in schools worldwide

Dr. Ching-Hsiang Yen,
Vice President, National Academy for Educational Research

Dr. Yan Ching-Hsiang has extensive academic and administrative experience and has led teacher development programs in Taiwan. He currently focuses on vocational education policy and the development of balanced new curricula.

Plan Representative：

C. David Tseng,
University Chair Professor at National Cheng Kung and Visiting Professor at Harvard GSD

His work integrates education, professional practice, and social engagement, with sustainability, ecology, and SenseAbility as his foci. In addition to his academic and professional practice, Tseng directs the Ministry of Education’s Agenda for Art and Design Education. He has also served as Consultant General for the Built Environment to the mayors of Taichung and Taipei, contributing to major civic projects including the National Taichung Theater and the Taipei Performing Arts Center. Tseng has represented Taiwan at the Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition. His contributions to architecture, education, and culture have been recognized with the Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres from the French government and the Hou Jin-Dui Outstanding Honor Award in Taiwan.

A full-time art teacher at Hualien Industrial High School and current Chair of the Teachers’ Association, He holds an MFA from National Taiwan University of Arts. He has received numerous awards for excellence in education and arts teaching and is dedicated to innovative and inspiring aesthetic education.

co-founder of EdYouth Taiwan

Josh Lee, co-founder of EdYouth Taiwan and Political Science student at National Taiwan University, is active in education advocacy and youth empowerment. He focuses on fostering student involvement in education reform and promoting everyday experiences of aesthetic education through interactions and school life.
