Nina Ay has extensive experience in industry consulting and design promotion. In 2020, she established the Service Innovation Division, leading her team in driving public and local design innovation. Since 2020, she has spearheaded the "Design Movement on Campus," integrating design thinking to transform school environments. This initiative received the Japan Good Design Best 100 Gold Award and Grand Award, significantly impacting Taiwan’s educational spaces. Committed to advancing public service innovation, she has led transformative projects spanning education, transportation, healthcare, tourism, industrial parks, social housing, elections, fire safety systems, and public pictograms. Since 2023, she has partnered with the Ministry of Economic Affairs on the Design Movement for Public, a nationwide initiative dedicated to enhancing public spaces, improving service quality, and redefining the aesthetic identity of Taiwan’s cities.
